From you, when you apply or use the product.

Your name, email address, role, school or organization, and the answers you provide in the beta application. If you become an active user, your coaching session content (which stays private to you) and basic usage telemetry to keep the product working.

Anything about your students.

We never ask for student names, demographics, IEP information, behavior records, or assessment data. eduimpact.ai is built around teacher reflection, not student observation. If your district deploys on-site, the product runs on hardware in your building and nothing leaves.

Your data belongs to you.

You can request a full export of your data at any time. You can request deletion at any time. We process your request and confirm completion in writing, on your timeline, not ours. Email contact@eduimpact.ai for any data request.
